Down Week: Light Back Squatting & Accessory Work

My back is still in pretty rough shape. I can bend but other than that it’s still pretty painful to do anything. Squatting today killed on the descent but was okay coming up. I kept it super light and it seemed to be okay, it didn’t make it any worse which is nice.

Going to the Chiro & doctor this week… it should be interesting indeed.
