Week 15 Of 16: Just My Luck!

I had a pretty rough week last week. My back has been bothering me for over a week now and I pushed it a little too hard when I deadlifted on Friday and something popped in my lower back, causing extreme pain and I could barely bend over. My mobility is better today, but something just isn’t right. I’m going to have to go get this checked out sometime this week.

It was suppose to be a big week for me next week but I’m going to be smart and take a down week and go from there and see how I feel.

Cable Row- 42.5X15X3

Friday’s Deadlifts

275X3… added belt here

435X1… hard and shaky… shouldn’t have been..
460X2… hard as hell… I was suppose to do 3 sets but I knew that wasn’t happening so I dropped the weight down…
405X2X2… still hard but not grinders… last set on last rep something popped… immediate pain afterwards

I tried to do stiff legs and bent over rows and there was no way… searing pain in my lower back region.

Hamstring Curls- 35X15X5

Called it there… I’m really hoping for some good news this week.
