Again, one of the roughest squat days to date. My back was still very uneasy from last week and this weekend’s shenanigans with my god son; Needless to say I was just happy to get through everything without failing.

405X2X2… second rep on second set was a brutal grinder but I managed to push through

Leg Extension- 80X15X3
Laying Down Hamstring Curl- 85X10X3
Walking Lunges- 15X4
