Week 12 Of 16: Accessory Work

Still sick and I have very low energy… It look me 30 minutes just to get through chin-ups… so brutal.

DB Seated OH Press- 35X12X3, 35X10
Chin-ups- 7,5,4,4,4,4,3,4 = 35 total reps… so sad
Band Pull a Parts- 35X3
BB Biceps Curls- 50X12X3
DB Biceps Curls- 20X8X3

Called it a day here, I really had nothing left in me by the end… This cold really needs to screw off… It’s driving me up the wall!
