Today was an excessively long workout. I’m still sick and now I have an ear infection… UGH. It made for an interesting deadlift session.
425X3X3… all sets moved fine but my ear felt like it was going to explode.
BB Row- 135X15, 135X12X3
1 Legged Hamstring Curls- 35X15X4
I’m really hoping I’m back to normal for next week.
