Week 10 Of 16: Paused Bench 190X5X5 Touch n’ Go 205X3X2

I feel like I got hit by a truck after yesterday’s squats. I was pretty anxious about today since I didn’t eat much beforehand and I was feeling drained from this morning. Luckily, everything went well and I made it through the day!

Touch n’ Go- 205X3X2… hard but I managed to get through both of the sets successfully.

Skull Crushers- 95X10X3
Machine Flys- 75X15X2, 75X12
Machine Reverse Flys- 65X15X2, 65X12
Lat Pull Down- 35X15X2, 35X10
DB Front Raises(1s hold)- 12.5X15X3
Cable Tri Press Downs- 42.5X15X2, 42.5X10

Called it a day after that… I was starving and I don’t think I could have handled much more than that. Overall, pretty awesome day and I’m happy with how the weight moved.
