Week 9 Of 16: Birthday Workout

Today was an accessory day, and oh boy did it ever kill me.

Seated OH DB Press- 30X15X4
Chin-ups- 6,5,5,5,5,4
Seated Cable Row (1s hold)- 35X15X3
BB Biceps Curls- 50X10X3

500m Row + 10 Push-ups 5 rounds= 14:21s… definitely needs some work but I made it through!

Got to watch and coach my sister through a 225lbs deadlift. Only 15yrs old and doesn’t train to lift… pretty badass, check her out:
