Week 8 Of 16: Beltless Deadlifts 415X3X3

This week is the last and final beltless training week, I’m really looking forward to putting a belt on… These suckers felt pretty rough today!

415X3X3… all felt the same, was pretty beat up today, they look good but felt slow.

SLDL- 225X12X3
Bent Over Row- 135X12X4

Ran out of time before I had to go back to work, going to add some extra accessory work in tomorrow.
