I was feeling very drained training… everything felt pretty slow and hard so I tapered down my accessory work.

405X3X3… reps felt slow and back was still fried from Monday’s squats

1 Legged Hammie Curls (1s hold)- 25X15X3
Band Pull A Parts- 100

Called it there… Need to sleep longer and rest.
