It’s been an up and down type of week. I still have lots of work to do and very little time. I’m still working with my back and knee pain but it got better as the week went. I’m also cutting weight and I’ve dropped about 6lbs since last week so I think it’s starting to affect my workouts a little I’m trying not to think about it too much but it gets to me sometimes.
Tuesday was one of the roughest deadlift sessions I’ve had to date. I don’t really know what happened but everything was just super slow, not hard but slow. Again, I’m not to worried just a little disappointed.
425X3X3… all gets were good but much slower than normal.
450X1… hard, position was off.
475X1… hard, but better than 450.

* missed 3rd rep both times… so frustrated. Again, disappointed but trying to keep my head up.
Saturday Squat Day
375X2… good… very solid more so than normal
395X2….good, harder obviously but still solid
405X2… hard but good, stuck with it and it wasn’t a grinder.
315X5X2… good knee is acting up a bit but nothing abnormal
