It’s been a crazy couple of weeks with the holidays and I’ve really been slacking with my blogging. Mostly because of being busy and I’ve been having some crappy workouts lately due to my SI and QL being jammed up.

Tuesday, December 31st- Deadlift Day

I was feeling like crap this day and my back was still killing me from the last deadlift day so I was unsure on how it would go and it was definitely one of my worst deadlift sessions to date.

455X1… missed the second rep… just wasn’t my day.

Dropped weight…
335X5X3… all sets felt easy and I think I finally figured out how to pull the slack out of the bard in my starting position; so this day didn’t turn out to be pointless, I actually learned something new which was a good eye opener.

Thursday, January 1st- Heavy Bench Day

Today was one of my best bench days in awhile which was pretty nice, and I’m happy with how it went.
