I’m in pretty rough shape lately. My QL and SI joint are completely jammed up so I can’t squat without pain. both Friday and yesterday I had to cut it since the pain was so brutal… I’m going to hold off form squatting until I get adjusted and feel better.
Friday’s Heavy Squats
335X5… it was slow and pretty painful… just wasn’t there
Cut it… and just did some goodmornings, which didn’t feel great either.
Walking Lunges- 20X4
Monday’s Heavy Squats
Tried to do what I was suppose to on Friday, but again still extreme pain.
335X4… shooting pain up my right side… cut it again
Heavy Split Squats- 30X8, 40X8, 50X8X3
Bird Feeders- 15X15X4
Ab Wheel- 15X3
Tuesday- Heavy Bench
180X5 (paused)… easy
185X5 (paused)… easy
190X5 (paused)… good
195X4 (paused)… hard, missed rep 5
200X5, Wei touched rep 4-5… just wasn’t there and was pretty tired after the other sets
Bench went much better this week than last, pretty happy with it.
DB Floor Press- 45X15, 45X12X2
DB OH Press- 25X12X3
DB Seated Rear Delts- 35X15X3
