RUM 7- Week 1, Day 1

Today is officially the first training day for RUM 7. It was a light squat day today and everything felt extremely easy which was a nice change. I’m extremely excited to train for this competition, and I’m even more excited since I just looked at the roster, it’s stacked with top of the line lifters and I can’t wait to meet and compete with some of the best lifters in the world!
