Last Squat Day- The Countdown Begins!

Today went pretty well but I didn’t eat enough today and got the spins after each set; definitely won’t be doing that again. A little discomfort in the knee but nothing like before. I have a week and a half of training before I compete and although I haven’t really done a peaking cycle I’m still aiming high and going to try and break some records!
