“Heavy ” Squat Day Recap & Today’s Light Squats

My knee still isn’t feeling 100% but at least it’s allowing me to figure out why it’s in rough shape and allowed me to play with my form and make some tweaks so it doesn’t happen again. I’ve been playing around with a slower descent and it seems to feel slightly better, no pain anymore just unsteady.

The weight itself feels super easy but my knee was still putting up a fight… it’s definitely improved but still not up to par.

I was pretty beat up after this so I called it there, not a bad day and I’m starting to gain a little more confidence with my knee! Looking forward to the rest of the week!
