I was worried about today since my upper half is still burnt from Tuesday’s bench and last heavy day did not go well at all… Luckily, it actually was pretty decent!

195X4… hard, just missed the last rep… set up was off, it should of happened… not bad considering this is pretty well what I was doing before I went on vacation
All sets felt okay, not great but doable.
