Solid Deadlift Day- 440X5, 450X5 PR For Reps!

Pretty pumped about my deads today… Last time I took a go @ 440X5 I failed the last rep so hitting 450X5 felt pretty badass after having 440X5 fly up! I didn’t squat this week because of my knee and the short week so I pushed the deads today and it see, to work pretty well!
