My back is absolutely fried from deadlifting on Wednesday… There was no chance in hell I was going to squat heavy today… I ended up just doing some light 8’s and my back still felt like shit so it was definitely a good thing that I didn’t.
Box Jumps- 8X3
Walking Lunges- 15X3
Definitely in need for some rest this weekend! Hopefully I’ll be fresh on Monday… have to get rid of this knee issue too… ugh
