Perfect Time For A Down Week- Light Deads!

I was feeling a little beat up today, don’t really know why since I’ve only had light days this week… Thankfully I wasn’t going heavy again and managed to successfully get through my deadlifts… My back is DEAD now but I put in some pretty solid work in.

Off 3 Mats…
155X6
245X4
295X3
335X1
335X2 + 60lbs chains (~395 @ the top)… easy

Took me 24:52 to finish all 10 sets… was hoping to take under 20mins but it’s been a long time since I deadlifted with chains and on a deficit; definitely took more out of me than I was hoping for. Averaged about 2:45s rest after each set which is okay, it’ll go better next time.

Stiff Legs (Off 3 Mats)- 245X10X2

KB Swings- 52X15X2… hands were not impressed…

Inverted Rows- 12X3

Ring Pull A Parts- 10X2

I decided to start adding some conditioning to my program as well. I did the rowing machine for intervals today, warmed up for about 2 minutes and did a minute on a minute off for 8 minutes; rowed 2150m in 10 minutes.

Literally had nothing left in me by the end of this, my hands felt like they were going to fall off so I called it there.
