Close Grip Bench Press- Light Day

I was worried I was going to pass out at the gym today with the humidity it was over 50 degrees… ridiculous! Luckily, it really wasn’t too bad. I managed to survive.

All sets felt okay, shoulder was slightly irritated but nothing like last week.

Dips- 20X3
