Light Bench Day- Shoulder Is Feeling Better!

Last week I took my light bench day out just because it was painful to the point where I felt it was going to snap. Luckily I made it to the chiropractor this weekend and he sais I just really pissed it off and I have to be conscious I’m not throwing the weight up with my biceps/shoulder and I focus more on driving up with my triceps and chest. Which may sound obvious but I tend to do this when things get heavy… stupid compensation… So I really focused on my form today and it seemed to be okay and my shoulder feels absolutely fine!

Chinups- 4X3

Neutral Grip DB Shoulder Press- 20X15X3
Chinups- 4X2, 3X1

Overall not to bad of a day, really looking forward to deadlifting tomorrow!
