Light Back Squats- Hotter Than Heck!

I knew it was going to be a brutal workout today since it’s 40+ degrees outside and humid as hell. Since the gym has no AC this sometimes becomes problematic. Thank god I don’t do crossfit or I think I would have passed out. Luckily everything seemed to feel pretty good, minus me sweating buckets… Most embarrassing thing was probably warming up with the bar and I was already sweating. Powerlifter problems…

Al sets were super easy, probably should up the weight next time; I’m still not using a belt and everything seems to feel pretty awesome.
