Shucks… Light Deadlift Day

I went to the gym today in hopes that it was a heavy deadlift day. Spent an extra 15 minutes stretching only to find out that it was a light deadlift day. Looks like I’m either going heavy next week or I’m simply saving it for the meet in a few weeks!

All sets were fast and easy. The 10 sets took me 19 minutes this time around.
