I was pretty happy with benching today. Today was the first time I’ve actually had a successful bench day in a long time! I was skeptical going in since my ass and legs are in pretty rough shape but I managed to get through it!
185X5… hard… grinded the last rep out but it still happened!
Incline Pushups- 12, 10, 9
Ring Pullaparts- 12X3
Triceps Dips- 35,25
Overall a pretty successful day! Looking forward to deadlifting tomorrow!
