So after a frustrating series of events today I was ready to get a serious pump on at the gym today. Work was pretty frustrating along with many other things I won’t bother ranting about. It ended up being a pretty decent day, not perfect but good!
185X5… Jayne touched the last one slightly.
185X3… was pretty gased by this point.
Incline Pushups- 12,8,10
Inverted Rows- 15X3
Triceps Dips- 35, 25
This felt much better than it did last week! I’m happy things are starting to feel normal again!
