Speed Deadlifts- Short Workouts Are Awesome

Got to the gym at 10 this morning and was out of there by 11. It’s pretty awesome to have quick and productive workouts. It ended up being a pretty awesome day and deadlifts are feeling very fast. I’m understanding the whole “speed” part and realized I wasn’t actually trying to pick up the weight as fast as I could which I think will help me when it comes to deadlifting heavy again.

Took me 13:21 to do all the sets and they were all fast and felt awesome. A bit of a back pump my the end but I think that’s pretty normal.

Stiff Legs- 245X8X3

Split Squats- 30X10X3

Going to do some abs later at work but things seem to be going pretty nicely so far!
