Light Bench Action!

Second last light bench day before the meet! It’s crazy how after time flys… Acupuncture seemed to make a huge difference for me, I woke up this morning with absolutely np pain in my bicep and I was actually very suprised! Success Bench day today, that’s for sure!

Pretty excited to rest up for my last week of training next week!:) I cannot wait to compete… 2 more weeks to go!
