Squatting After Deadlifting= WTF Was I Thinking

So I’m extremely happy that it is Friday! I decided to do a double workout today so I can go up to Arnprior for the day tomorrow to see my Nephew and awesome friends Charla & Jen. I was all excited to get in and out of the gym until I soon realized I was going to spend my entire afternoon there. Although it was a light squat & bench day my body told me otherwise. My body was still dying from yesterday, I could feel it as I was warming up, pretty well from my neck to my feet had some soreness so I tried to take my time.

Back Squat

285X2 + 60lbs chains (~345 @ the top)… good
285X2 + 60lbs chains (~345 @ the top)… hard… my back was on fire… called it there for squats

Bench Press

Normal Grip With 2 Chains (~170 @ the top)- 135X2X3
Wide Grip With 2 Chains (~170 @ the top)- 135X2X3
Close Grip With 2 Chains (~ 170 @ the top)- 135X2X3

Box Jumps- 8X3
Split Squats- 25X12X3
Back Extension- 155X20X3
1 Legged Leg Extension- 45X20X3
Incline Pushups- 20,12,10
Laterals- 15X12X3
DB Flys- 30X12X3
Situps- 35,35

So 3 hours later here I am… and now off to work! So happy to have this weekend off! Looking forward to starting fresh next week! #6weeksout!
