Today was pretty well my first day back @ Dynamo since last Tuesday. Between work being crazy busy, my screwed up right side of my body and Christmas break I needless to say didn’t make it my first priority and I’m definitely regretting that now! My first day back kicked my ass… I had to squat and bench; 2 & a half hours later I’m suprised to say I’m still alive!
295X6… good, still feels awkward, my right quad sticks out and it just feels a little off.

Box Jumps- 8X3
Bulgarian Split Squats- 25X10X3
Incline Psuhups- 9, 7, 6
DB Flys- 25X12X3
Laterals (front & side)- 15X12X3
Triceps Pressups- 25X10X3
Tapped out after this… I can barely move @ the moment… boy that was rough… deads tomorrow… wonder how that’ll go… and off to the chiropractor I go… Wish me luck…
