Light Bench- Awesome Way To End The Week!

I was very suprised that I wasn’t stiff going into the gym today… I actually felt pretty darn good! Perfect way to end a week of lifting is a quick in and out light bench session.

WU- hip flexor stretch, band pull aparts, shoulder dislocates, foam roll

165X2 + 40lbs of chains (paused)… easy

165X2 + 40lbs of chains (paused)… good

155X2 + 40lbs of chains (paused)… easy

155X2 + 40lbs of chains (paused)… easy

Everything felt very smooth, I had no pain what so ever and am feeling a lot more confident with my bench.

10 Flys (15lbs) + 10 Bicep Curls (15lbs)X 3 rounds… got a serious pump going on!

8 Lateral/ Front Shoulder Raises (15lbs) + 10 Rear Delts (25lbs) +                                 10 Tricep Extensions (15lbs)  X3 rounds… felt like the Hulk a little bit… ha!

Next week is my last training week then I’m off to Vegas to smash some weights!
