Heavy Bench Day- Feels Good To Be On A Down Week!

So I’m still feeling groggy and stiff lately and the weather hasn’t really been helping either… Luckily the down week is giving me time to rest and loosen up for next week! Today, I benched with chains and they actually felt pretty fast!

WU- band pull aparts, shoulder disslocates, hip flexor stretch, foam roll

Overall, pretty solid day… Carb backloading is really starting to work for me and I’m starting to see and fell a huge difference. Needless to say too stay on track I’m going to take it easy on drinking and going out… no more until after the meet!
