Deficit Deads With Chains

I had a freakin’ awesome sleep last night and eating was relatively good today so my workout felt pretty easy (even though my entire body is still stiff as a board).

WU- foam roll, leg swings, hamstring stretch, fire hydrants, hip flexor stretch

All reps were consistent, smooth and very fast! The things you can do when you feel awesome!

Bent Over Row- 60X12X3

2000m Row: 8:31 mins, beat my last time by 8s… it keeps gettin’ better and better… legs still were jello by the end but I managed to still be able to feel my upper back so that was a plus!
