Ascending Squats & New PR for 8!

Friday was an awesome day! It was hard, but I got a new personal best for 8 without a belt which is huge for me! All this conditioning is actually paying off and doing me some good!

WU- agile 8’s, foam roll, leg swings, hip flexor stretch, BW squats

255X8… felt pretty easy

260X8… Felt good, 7th rep I dipped onto my toes a little and scared the crap out of myself… but got it!

265X8… Felt good, but a little slow

270X8… Hard, but still did it & a new PR

100 situps

I had too run to work(literally) so had to cut it a little short. I’m pretty pumped about the 270X8 with no belt though, can’t wait to start lifting heavy again, plus, I miss my belt… it’s been too long!

Officially 14 weeks out until World’s in Vegas, I’m pretty pumped!
